Job Title: Administrative & Customer Service Associate (Temporary)
Location: West Sacramento, CA
Pay Rate: $20–$25/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Approximately 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Employment Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term or permanent placement)
Position Overview:
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and motivated Administrative & Customer Service Associate for a temporary opportunity in West Sacramento. This role has the potential to become a long-term or permanent position for the right candidate.
The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable serving as the first point of contact for customers while supporting a variety of administrative and billing functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform administrative tasks related to customer service, vendor relations, billing, and other assigned duties
- Process monthly billing for storage and job invoices
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and vendors
- Assist with onboarding new hires and temporary employees
- Maintain accurate customer job files and vendor records
- Provide administrative support to Division and Project Managers as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of strong attendance and reliability
- Self-starter with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Windows-based applications; ability to learn new systems quickly
- Ability to follow detailed written instructions and maintain accurate documentation, including spreadsheets
- Previous accounting and billing experience required
Working Conditions:
