We are looking for an experienced Apartment Manager to join our team at a professionally managed apartment community in West Sacramento.
✅ Qualifications:
🏢 Previous apartment management experience required
🏠 Knowledge of apartment turnovers
📋 Experience handling security deposits
💵 Rent collection experience
🔑 Leasing experience
💻 Basic computer skills
🤝 Excellent customer service and communication skills
📅 Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
🏠 Coordinate and oversee apartment turnovers
🔑 Lease apartments and process move-ins
💵 Collect rent and maintain accurate records
📋 Handle security deposits and move-out accounting
📞 Respond to resident inquiries and provide outstanding customer service
🏢 Assist with the daily operations of the apartment community
