Now Hiring: Pump / Mixer Operator
Pay: $22–$27/hr | Schedule: Mon–Fri
Location: Greeley, CO | Travel: Up to 30% (with per diem, lodging, and transport provided)
We’re seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Pump/Mixer Operator to join our innovative team at the intersection of construction and 3D printing. If you’ve got hands-on experience and enjoy working outdoors and on the move—this is your chance to get involved in cutting-edge projects.
What You’ll Do:

Operate pumps, mixers, and related equipment

Mix and monitor concrete for 3D printing

Clean, maintain, and troubleshoot systems

Assist with carpentry, finishing, and general construction tasks

Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe

Work closely with crews to meet project goals

Track material use and maintenance records
-
Travel to job sites as needed
What You’ll Need:
-
1+ year of construction/manufacturing experience (concrete preferred)

Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

Comfortable with tools, machinery & physical labor (lift up to 50 lbs)

Willing to work outdoors, at heights, and on your feet

Team player with solid communication and safety awareness

Flexibility to travel and adjust to changing project needs
