Boiler Technician – Power the Systems That Keep Things Running 🔥
We’re looking for an experienced Boiler Technician to join a strong maintenance team and keep critical systems operating safely and efficiently. If you have hands-on experience with combustion and combustible systems and enjoy solving complex mechanical challenges, this is a high-paying, long-term opportunity for you.
💼 Position: Direct Hire
💰 Pay: $40–$60/hour (DOE)
📍 Location: Northeastern Colorado & Western Nebraska region
What You’ll Be Doing:

Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair boilers, burners, pumps, and control systems

Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections

Diagnose system issues and complete repairs efficiently

Maintain detailed service logs and documentation

Ensure all work meets safety codes and company standards

Respond to emergency maintenance needs when required

Work closely with maintenance and engineering teams
What We’re Looking For:

High school diploma or GED (technical/trade school preferred)

2+ years of experience as a Boiler Technician or Stationary Engineer
-
Valid boiler operator license or certification (per local/state requirements)
-
Strong knowledge of boiler operations, combustion, and water treatment
-
Proven hands-on experience with combustion/combustible systems (required)

Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals

Excellent mechanical and troubleshooting skills

Safety-focused mindset with preventive maintenance experience
Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
-
Comfortable working in confined spaces, elevated areas, and hot or noisy environments
-
Able to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
