Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Custodian/Janitor to join our team in Sterling. This position is responsible for cleaning and maintaining offices, restrooms, and common areas in the main building, with additional cleaning in manufacturing areas as needed. Candidates must have hands-on experience with basic plumbing and electrical maintenance, as this role will also assist with minor repairs and facility upkeep.
This role is replacing a long-term custodian, and the client is looking for someone reliable who is interested in a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, and polish floors, including operating floor polishing equipment

Perform minor plumbing repairs (such as fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures)

Perform basic electrical maintenance (such as changing light fixtures, bulbs, and minor troubleshooting)

Refill supplies and maintain a clean, safe environment

Follow safety procedures and company standards
Qualifications

Previous custodial or janitorial experience required

Required: Experience with basic plumbing and electrical repairs

Ability to operate cleaning and floor care equipment

Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
