Job Full Description
Inventory Specialist
We’re looking for a reliable Inventory Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for tracking, organizing, and maintaining accurate inventory records to support daily operations.
Pay: $20–$23 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, with some Saturdays as needed
Responsibilities:

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels

Receive, count, and record incoming and outgoing inventory

Update inventory data using Excel and internal systems

Identify discrepancies and assist with inventory audits

Coordinate with team members to ensure inventory accuracy
Requirements:

Previous inventory or warehouse experience preferred

Strong Excel skills (data entry, spreadsheets, basic formulas)

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Ability to work some Saturdays as required

Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
