Job Title: Assistant Supervisor for Production Line
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years
Position Overview
Assistant Shift Supervisor oversees daily shift operations to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. This role leads team members, coordinates with maintenance, and maintains compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities

Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.

Supervise shift operations to meet production, quality, and efficiency targets.

Review production schedules and assign staff to achieve daily goals.

Verify raw materials before changeovers and perform initial quality checks.

Partner with maintenance to address equipment downtime.

Complete shift reports (production, downtime, quality).

Conduct routine floor inspections for safety, quality, and housekeeping compliance.

Maintain regular attendance and perform other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities may change at any time based on business needs.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience; 1–3 years in a supervisory role preferred.

Experience in controlled manufacturing or food production environments is a plus.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
