Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pays:$24/hr
We are seeking a reliable Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs for apartment units and property grounds. Responsibilities include completing work orders, preparing vacant units for new residents, and troubleshooting basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry issues.
Requirements:

Must have maintenance experience (apartment or property maintenance preferred)

Ability to complete repairs and preventative maintenance

Reliable transportation and strong work ethic

Must pass a background check
Pay:
$24 per hour
This is a full-time Monday–Friday position with consistent hours for a dependable maintenance professional.
