Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist (AP/AR)
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pays: $20-$23/HR.
Key Requirement:
Regular, consistent attendance is essential to the success of this position.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized AP/AR professional to support our growing team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily operations across multiple departments.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
- Process incoming sales orders for Service Team, NW Manure Division, and Install Team
- Process daily install timecards
- Manage inventory reserve and fulfillment
- Send daily invoice emails as needed
- Add freight charges to sales orders (regular and project accounts)
- Assist with project-related tasks
- Prepare and send end-of-month statements (Attendance is Mandatory During End of Month Reports)
Qualifications:
- Accounting background with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
