Job Title: Forklift Operator
Schedule: 2x2x (2 days on, 2 days off rotating schedule)
Location: Windsor, CO

Job Overview:
Express is seeking enthusiastic and reliable associates to join a large, fast-paced facility in Windsor as Forklift Operators. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a team environment and are committed to safety, efficiency, and maintaining a clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to load and unload tractor-trailer trucks safely and efficiently
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
- Stage and organize loads for distribution
- Process bills of lading and shipping manifests accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Previous forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training may be provided)
- Ability to work a 2x2x rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Must be able to pass a background check
Shift - 6pm-6am (Rotating Schedule)
Pay - $18.90/hour
