Second Shift Foreman
Pay: $35–$40/hour
Reports To: Director of Operations
Location: Ault, CO – On-site, Full-Time

Position Overview:
The Second Shift Foreman is responsible for overseeing safe, organized, and efficient production during second shift operations. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on meeting production goals, maintaining a safe work environment, and ensuring smooth workflow on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production plans and meet output targets
• Monitor workflow, resolve bottlenecks, and adjust labor as needed
• Enforce all safety policies and maintain a strong safety culture
• Maintain a clean, organized shop (5S standards)
• Supervise, direct, and support second shift employees
• Track production metrics and report shift performance
• Communicate with leadership regarding staffing, materials, and production issues
• Ensure work meets established quality standards

Qualifications:

• Experience in manufacturing or production environments
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of shop operations and safety practices
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced setting
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to be hands-on on the shop floor
