Lead Mixer Assembly Technician (2nd Shift)
Pay: $25.50/hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday 4:00pm -2:30am
Position Overview:
Hands-on lead role supporting the Second Shift Foreman. Responsible for assisting with daily production, leading assembly technicians, and ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and guide assembly team during production
- Help meet daily/weekly build targets
- Assemble mixer components and complete units
- Perform electrical testing and basic troubleshooting
- Ensure quality standards are met on all builds
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area
- Assist with training new team members
- Operate forklift as needed
Qualifications:
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with tools
- Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred
- Ability to lead or support a team in a production setting
- Strong work ethic and attention to quality and safety
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems is a plus
