Customer Service / Inside Sales

What You’ll Do

Learn and understand our client base—who they are and what they do
Use strong phone and interpersonal skills to recruit, hire, and match associates with the right job opportunities
Apply a consultative sales approach that goes beyond the surface to truly meet client and candidate needs
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and associates

What Will Help You Succeed

A love of sales
Ability to learn and navigate multiple technology platforms that are constantly evolving
Strong written communication skills, including clear and professional email correspondence
Bilingual (fluent) communication skills preferred
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes
Proven attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Education & Experience
