Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (some flexibility required)
Pay: $18.00, Will increase after hire on
Colorado Driver’s License required
Are you a hands-on leader with welding and construction experience? A growing design/build fabrication company is seeking a skilled Shop Foreman to oversee daily operations and support a small, fast-paced engineering and fabrication team.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day shop activities and delegate tasks to fabrication staff

Meet regularly with the Production Supervisor to review task priorities and schedules

Perform hands-on fabrication work and supervise:

Steel and PVC piping system layouts and installations
-
Building and equipment skid fabrication
-
Equipment installation and control panel wiring
-
Interpret shop drawings and assist technicians in understanding construction details
-
Collaborate with engineers to identify and resolve design or fabrication issues
-
Maintain shop inventory and ensure completion of daily clean-up tasks
-
Travel occasionally to job sites for installation, start-up, or maintenance work
-
Enforce safety protocols and participate in regular safety meetings
Qualifications:
-
High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred
-
5–7 years of experience in welding/construction, including leadership roles

Strong communication skills (verbal and written) for giving clear direction

Self-motivated with a solid work ethic and ability to multitask across projects
-
Physically capable of heavy lifting and strenuous activity
-
Basic computer proficiency; experience with Excel, Adobe, and Access is a plus
-
Valid Colorado Driver’s License and clean driving record required
