Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

A local sheet metal fabrication company is seeking a Deburr/Grinder Operator to join their production team. This growing manufacturer specializes in precision products for the aerospace, national defense, medical, and global markets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in developing their skills—comprehensive training is provided upon hire.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain deburring equipment, including Tumbler Deburr, Cross Master, and Time Saver machines

Apply both cosmetic and non-cosmetic finishes to sheet metal parts

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow job priorities as directed by the production supervisor

Inspect finished work for quality and ensure correct quantities

Perform routine maintenance on machines (daily/weekly/monthly)
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience using a variety of grinders

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to read, speak, and write in English

Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand throughout the shift
