A municipally operated golf course in Frederick, CO is seeking a Golf Shop Inside Associate to join the team for the upcoming warm season! This seasonal role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and an interest in golf or recreation.
About the Role
As a Golf Shop Inside Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience for guests. From assisting with front desk responsibilities to managing retail sales in the pro shop, you’ll help keep daily operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Open and close the golf shop and practice facilities with guidance from the General Manager

Ensure daily operations follow established policies and procedures

Greet and assist guests, offering excellent customer service and information on course conditions and programs

Handle phone calls, tee time scheduling, and retail sales

Operate computerized point-of-sale systems to process payments for golf, range time, and merchandise

Confirm that all players have paid appropriate fees

Additional duties as assigned to support the team
Qualifications

Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role

Comfortable using cashier/POS systems

Strong communication and organizational skills
