Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Are you a friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual? A well-established company based in Frederick, CO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers—answering calls, resolving issues, and scheduling technicians for service appointments and emergency repairs.
What You’ll Do:

Answer high-volume inbound and outbound phone calls

Schedule daily service appointments for septic, grease trap, and emergency calls

Coordinate technician schedules efficiently and effectively
-
Support billing and invoicing processes by confirming service completion

Perform general administrative duties including filing, data entry, CRM updates, and report generation

Manage multiple tasks while staying organized in a fast-paced environment
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in customer service and working with phone systems

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Excellent multitasking and time-management abilities

Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required
