Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 1 Tech Support professional for a temporary role in Longmont, CO. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support and a passion for solving technical issues. You'll be the first point of contact for users and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system

  • Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues

  • Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed

  • Manage user accounts (creation, modification, deactivation)

  • Participate in special IT projects and initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training/education

  • Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems

  • Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Contract Details:

  • Pay range: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
