Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Tier 1 Tech Support professional for a temporary role in Longmont, CO. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in IT support and a passion for solving technical issues. You'll be the first point of contact for users and play a key role in ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for IT support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system

Diagnose and resolve basic hardware, software, and network issues

Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff or external vendors as needed

Manage user accounts (creation, modification, deactivation)

Participate in special IT projects and initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:

2–3 years of IT support experience or equivalent technical training/education

Proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems

Familiarity with help desk/ticketing systems
