Job Full Description
We are seeking an Accounts Receivable Accountant to manage accounts receivable, support month-end close, and ensure accurate general ledger activity. This role is ideal for candidates with deeper accounting experience and strong QuickBooks expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounts receivable and complex cash application
- Prepare and post journal entries related to AR activity
- Reconcile accounts receivable and support bank reconciliations
- Generate AR aging, financial, and internal accounting reports
- Research discrepancies and support collections and write-offs
- Support month-end close and general ledger accuracy
- Partner with accounting and finance teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Accounts Receivable Accountant or accounting experience
- Strong experience with QuickBooks or similar ERP systems
- Solid understanding of general ledger and reconciliations
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
