Key Responsibilities
- Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products, ingredients, orders, and company policies
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure a positive experience with every interaction
- Document consumer interactions and feedback in internal systems
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when needed
- Support the marketing and quality teams by sharing consumer insights and trends
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first mindset in all communications
Qualifications
- Previous Customer Service or Consumer Services experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solutions-focused
- Proficiency with computers and customer support systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Interest in natural foods, health, or sustainability is a plus
Preferred Experience
- Customer service in food, beverage, natural products, or consumer goods industries
- Experience handling consumer inquiries, product questions, or order support
- Familiarity with CRM or customer support platforms
