What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers via phone, email, and online channels
- Answer questions related to products, ingredients, orders, and policies
- Resolve concerns with a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
- Document interactions and feedback in internal systems (CRM)
- Escalate complex issues when needed
- Share customer insights with internal teams (marketing, quality, operations)
- Help ensure every interaction reflects a high-quality brand experience

- Proven customer service experience (Consumer Services, Call Center, or Client Support)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-oriented
- Comfortable working with computers and customer systems

Preferred Background
- Experience in food and beverage manufacturing, natural products, or CPG (consumer packaged goods) a plus
- Background handling consumer inquiries, product support, or order management
