What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for consumers via phone, email, and online channels
  • Answer questions related to products, ingredients, orders, and policies
  • Resolve concerns with a professional, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
  • Document interactions and feedback in internal systems (CRM)
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Share customer insights with internal teams (marketing, quality, operations)
  • Help ensure every interaction reflects a high-quality brand experience

  • Proven customer service experience (Consumer Services, Call Center, or Client Support)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm, professional, and solutions-oriented
  • Comfortable working with computers and customer systems
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment

Preferred Background

  • Experience in food and beverage manufacturing, natural products, or CPG (consumer packaged goods) a plus
  • Background handling consumer inquiries, product support, or order management
  • Experience with CRM or customer service platforms
