Production Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Production Manager to oversee daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to deadlines
- Lead, train, and support production staff while fostering a collaborative and accountable team environment
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, including Current Goods Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) standards, Standard Operating Procedure (SOPs), and production documentation
- Coordinate production schedules, inventory management, and workflow optimization
- Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement effective solutions in real time
- Maintain accurate production records and ensure proper documentation practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, formulation, and operations teams
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and product quality
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in product formulation and manufacturing (cosmetics, supplements, or food required)
- Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations, SOPs, and production documentation processes
- Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to actively participate in production activities
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
