Position Summary
Provide technical support, troubleshoot hardware/software/network issues, manage service desk tickets, and maintain IT systems to ensure smooth end-user operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support PCs, printers, mobile devices, and network systems
- Resolve service tickets promptly and document issues
- Deploy and maintain IT equipment and infrastructure
- Assist with IT projects and improve documentation
Qualifications
- Experience in IT support or help desk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, PC hardware, Microsoft Office, and basic server/network functions
- Familiarity with ticketing and endpoint management tools
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience; certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft) a plus
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
Requirements & Environment
- Onsite work in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs and move equipment; bend, reach, and walk as needed
- Adherence to security policies and occasional travel

- Timely issue resolution with minimal disruption
- Accurate ticket documentation and reliable IT systems
