Job Title: Leasing Agent
Location: Longmont, CO (On-Site)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday (occasional weekends as needed)
Status: Non-Exempt
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Position Summary:
Responsible for assisting prospective and current residents through the leasing process, including property tours, applications, and move-ins. Provides excellent customer service, maintains accurate leasing records, and supports overall property occupancy and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours and assist with leasing applications and move-ins
- Respond to prospective and current resident inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Process rental paperwork and maintain accurate tenant and leasing records
- Support marketing efforts, online listings, and community outreach
- Assist with general office and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, leasing, sales, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency (email, Microsoft Office, online systems)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
