Description Summary: The Warehouse Administrator supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials to manufacturing lines while maintaining organized storage for company-wide inventory. This role is responsible for accurate inventory transactions, cycle counts, and material handling activities to ensure high inventory accuracy and timely part availability. The position works closely with production, purchasing, and other departments to resolve material issues, maintain efficient workflow, and support overall operational goals. Essential Functions: - Transfers parts and materials to manufacturing lines and other departments in a timely and accurate manner - Receive, store, and organize incoming parts safely and efficiently within designated warehouse locations. - Perform inventory counts in accordance with Spectra’s cycle count program to maintain inventory accuracy - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment through routine housekeeping - Communicate effectively with internal departments in person, by email, and through instant messaging - Monitor inventory reports, investigate discrepancies, and take appropriate corrective action to resolve deficiencies Additional Responsibilities: - Transport parts and materials between facilities using Spectra’s panel van and box truck in a safe and timely manner - Cross-train in other warehouse and operational areas to provide backup support as needed - Assist with investigating inventory discrepancies and support corrective actions to improve inventory accuracy. - Provide material handling support to other departments by moving equipment, parts, or supplies as needed
