Job Full Description
A growing professional services and consulting organization is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project & Office Administrator to support both project operations and day-to-day office functions. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing multiple priorities, supporting a collaborative team environment, and ensuring projects and office operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
Project Administration
- Organize and maintain project documentation and electronic files
- Assist with project tracking, deadlines, team information, and client records
- Support project management software administration and updates
- Coordinate internal project meetings and schedules
- Provide administrative support to project teams, including document management and research-related tasks
- Help ensure project information is accurate, organized, and up to date
Office Administration
- Assist with daily office operations, including copying, scanning, mail processing, and shipping/receiving
- Maintain office supplies, snacks, and common areas
- Coordinate office lunches, meetings, and employee events
- Welcome visitors and provide professional front-office support
- Monitor and report facility-related issues as needed
- Support office safety initiatives and compliance activities
- Assist with special projects, company events, and client appreciation programs

Qualifications
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum one year of experience in office administration, project administration, coordination, or a related role
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Experience using project management software platforms
- Experience supporting multiple teams or projects simultaneously
