Job Full Description
Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Fourslide Operator in Bristol, CT. Previous experience with Fourslide setup and operation preferred, but not required. Candidates with experience in metal stamping or other manual machining are encouraged to apply.
Experience/training/education/skills:
• Basic math and reading ability.
• Physically capable of working on their feet for 8 hours and lifting 50 lbs.
• Ability to work from job orders, process sheets, written and verbal work instructions, methods, and procedures.
• Ability to use and read basic measuring equipment.
• Ability to operate various size fourslide machines, tooling and material feed equipment.
• Ability to read and understand Cartoons and Overlays.
Duties/tasks:
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• The ability to log in and out of jobs and enter data in manufacturing software system.
• Inspect parts according to inspection procedure. (Cartoon)
• Re-stock machines.
• Compliance with all company and government agency regulations regarding safety.
