Job Full Description
CNC Machine Operator / Programmer
We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator/Programmer to run, set up, and maintain machinery used to produce doors, windows, cabinets, and architectural wood components.
Responsibilities
-
Operate saws, routers, planers, molders, and CNC equipment
-
Set up machines, change tooling, and adjust settings for production
-
Load/unload materials and move finished products
-
Monitor production for accuracy, quality, and efficiency
-
Follow all safety procedures, including PPE and lockout/tagout
-
Record machine settings, output, and production data
-
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting
-
Complete additional tasks as assigned
Skills & Qualifications
-
Experience operating millwork or CNC machinery

Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications

Strong attention to detail and precision

Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks

Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Education & Experience
-
High school diploma or GED
-
Prior millwork machine operation experience preferred
-
Knowledge of wood materials and machining processes
Physical Requirements
-
Lift up to 50 lbs.
-
Wear required PPE (long pants, steel/composite toe footwear)
-
Strong manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
