Manufacturing Production Associate
Location: Bristol, CT
Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
About the Role
Join our production team manufacturing non-slip aluminum stair treads. We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual who takes pride in quality work and thrives in a hands-on manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cut, tape, and stage materials for production.
- Apply non-slip coatings and complete product finishing.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Package, palletize, and stage finished orders.
- Complete production paperwork and track materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Report quality, equipment, or production issues.
- Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment (training available).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical work throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
