Express Employment Professionals is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Packaging Specialist to join a growing team in New Milford. If you have shipping, packaging, warehouse, or logistics experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you!
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 40+ Hours Per Week | Overtime Available
Responsibilities:
- Assign and distribute daily shipping orders
- Process domestic and international shipments
- Verify shipping labels and documentation for accuracy
- Maintain inventory of shipping supplies
- Organize and maintain warehouse shipping areas
- Respond to internal shipping-related inquiries
- Assist with additional warehouse projects as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of shipping, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to help where needed
- Dependable, punctual, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
