Dental Office Manager (28)
Long Term – Full Time
Monday - Friday, rotating Saturday

What we look for in a Candidate:

2+ years of experience managing a dental office or healthcare practice.

Proven ability to oversee daily operations, including scheduling, billing, insurance verification, and patient relations.

Experience leading and training front office staff to ensure efficient workflow and excellent patient care.

Strong understanding of dental terminology, treatment planning, and insurance processes (PPO, HMO, Medicaid, etc.).

Proficiency in dental practice management software (such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Open Dental).

Background in budgeting, collections, and maintaining compliance with OSHA and HIPAA standards.

Excellent communication and leadership skills to foster a positive, team-oriented environment.
