Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative / Inside Sales Support professional to join their team. This is a fast-paced position focused on customer service, order processing, and supporting both customers and internal team members. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while providing exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email.
- Respond to inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and order status.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, requests, and resolutions.
- Work closely with customers, vendors, manufacturers, and internal team members to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Provide proactive updates regarding order status and shipping information.
- Assist with resolving customer concerns and identifying effective solutions.
- Support inside sales efforts and administrative functions as needed.
- Prepare and organize documentation, reports, and submittals.
- Perform additional customer service and administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service, inside sales support, administrative support, or related experience.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet-based applications.
- Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
