Job Title: Scheduling Coordinator – Flooring Installation Team
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 – $20/hr (Depending on Experience)
Express Employment Professionals is currently recruiting for a well-established flooring company in the Fort Myers area that is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Scheduling Coordinator to support their busy install team.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule flooring installations with customers and install crews

Create and manage work orders for upcoming jobs

Pull customer tickets and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure materials are ready for installation

Act as a liaison between customers, warehouse staff, and installers to ensure seamless communication

Track job progress and follow up on scheduling updates or changes

Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Qualifications:

Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or office coordination preferred

Strong communication and organizational skills

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Proficient with basic computer systems and software

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
