Temporary Receptionist w/ Quickbooks!
Duration: June- October (4 month Contract job)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The Receptionist will be responsible for providing support to all personnel. The Receptionist will also perform certain administrative duties that will help the overall growth of the Company. Specific responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:
- Greets Customers
- Answers Phones
- Enters & Assigns Jobs
- Manages Rotation Schedule
- Manages Applications
- Manages Interoffice Mail
- Manages Office Supplies
- Monitor & Maintain Office Equipment
- Vendor Programs
- Perform Basic Bookkeeping, Filing, and Clerical Duties
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clear Background Check
- Clear Drug Test
Hours: 8:00AM to 5:00PM Monday - Friday
Salary: $20hr
