Marketing Manager – $70K–$80K | Full-Time | Fort Myers, FL

 

A well-established Florida-based manufacturer in the building materials industry is seeking a Marketing Manager to launch and lead its internal marketing department. This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins on a full-scale rebranding initiative while shaping the marketing function from the ground up.

 

Position Type: Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $70,000 – $80,000 annually (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Lead the company’s rebranding initiative and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy.

  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and campaign performance to refine marketing strategies.

  • Monitor competitor activity to stay ahead of industry developments.

Team & Project Management

  • Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator; delegate projects and set clear goals.

  • Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing initiatives.

Sales & CRM Integration

  • Partner with Sales to develop lead generation and retention strategies.

  • Manage CRM (HubSpot) to support marketing automation, lead tracking, and performance reporting.

Content & Brand Management

  • Direct content development for web, email, social media, and collateral.

  • Lead advertising efforts across digital and traditional channels.

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and oversee social media strategy.

Reporting & Communication

  • Report on marketing performance and provide strategic insights to senior leadership.

  • Maintain and enforce brand guidelines in collaboration with the creative team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA a plus)

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

  • Proven success in rebranding and brand management

  • Proficient in digital marketing and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)

  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills

  • Industry knowledge of construction, manufacturing, or building materials is a plus
