Temporary Accounting Clerk – Medical Device Manufacturing

Fort Myers, FL | $25/hr (negotiable based on experience) | 20–30 hours/week | Flexible Schedule | On-Site

 

Express Employment Professionals is partnering with a medical device manufacturing company in Fort Myers that is looking for a Temporary Accounting Clerk to assist their accounting team. This assignment is expected to last up to 3 months and offers part-time hours with a flexible weekday schedule.

 

This position is a great fit for either a recent accounting graduate looking to gain experience or a seasoned professional seeking part-time work.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices and expense reports for payment

  • Perform bank reconciliations

  • Prepare journal entries

  • Maintain and reconcile accounts payable records

  • Assist with general accounting tasks as needed

  • Utilize ERP system (Epicor preferred)

Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (reconciliations, journal entries, etc.)

  • ERP experience preferred

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office products

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable

  • Must pass a background check 

Schedule & Pay:

  • $25/hr (flexible depending on experience)

  • 20–30 hours per week

  • Flexible schedule Monday through Friday after initial training (Examples: 3 full days or 4–5 shorter shifts)
