Pay: $50,000 per year

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our growing beverage production company in the Fort Myers area. Our team specializes in manufacturing beverages for clients nationwide, producing large batches in industrial cylinders and using automated filling machines for packaging. This role is essential to keeping our production shop running efficiently and without interruptions.
Key Responsibilities
· Maintain and repair manufacturing machinery to ensure continuous production.
· Troubleshoot and fix electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
· Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
· Respond promptly to urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime.
Requirements
· Proven experience working with manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
· Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
· Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
· Reliable, professional, and able to maintain a clean background.
Work Environment & Schedule
· Indoor facility is maintained at approximately 70°F year-round.
· Schedule: Monday–Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (hours may vary based on needs).
