Schedule: 3pm-11:30pm Mon-Fri

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Polisher to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have excellent manual dexterity, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing polished parts that meet exacting aerospace specifications. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in fine, detailed work and enjoys working with their hands.
Responsibilities:
- Polish and finish aerospace components to meet quality and performance requirements
- Operate polishing tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished parts for surface defects and quality compliance
- Follow blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules
- Adhere to safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in polishing, finishing, or fine detail work preferred (aerospace or manufacturing environment a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings
- Dependable and able to work independently or as part of a team
