Job Title: Counter Sales Associate – Outdoor Power Equipment
Location: Naples, FL
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Mon-Fri 7am-5pm Sat 7am-Noon (overtime)
Pay: $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience and product knowledge.
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a leading outdoor power equipment company in Naples, FL, dedicated to delivering high-quality products, reliable parts, and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Counter Sales Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be motivated, customer-focused, and eager to provide knowledgeable support to our clients. Previous experience in outdoor power equipment or automotive parts sales is a plus. Bilingual skills are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing outdoor power equipment, parts and accessories.
- Provide knowledgeable support to customers, both in person and over the phone.
- Use computer systems to research parts, process orders, and manage inventory.
- Handle customer transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts counter.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous counter sales experience in outdoor power equipment or automotive parts is highly preferred.
- Strong computer and point-of-sale (POS) system skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
