Advertising Assistant
Location: Fort Myers, FL
About the Role:
We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join a dynamic Marketing team. This role is key in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives and events, ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and external partners. If you’re organized, collaborative, and have experience in advertising, this could be a great fit for you!
What You’ll Do:

Support the Marketing department in planning and executing campaigns, events, and trade shows

Maintain and update advertisement calendars, ensuring print and digital ads meet deadlines and specifications

Serve as a central point for ad asset submissions and approvals
-
Assist sales and customer service teams by analyzing ad campaign results and distributing leads accordingly
-
Help create and improve marketing materials such as graphics, videos, sell sheets, flyers, and price lists
-
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms
-
Support website updates and document changes across departments
-
Coordinate and assist with marketing events, trade shows, and related post-event follow-ups
-
Contribute to traditional PR efforts, including press releases and media outreach
-
Maintain positive relationships with media contacts and identify opportunities for process improvements
-
Troubleshoot issues through research and collaboration

Stay updated on product and industry trends
-
Work overtime or adjust hours as business needs require

Travel as necessary for business
What We’re Looking For:

Experience working in advertising, marketing, or a related field—preferably in manufacturing, medical device, or similar industries
-
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
-
Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
-
Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP systems
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)

Knowledge of event and tradeshow planning, as well as media buying
-
Dependable, with a strong attendance record and willingness to work flexible hours
-
Valid US driver’s license and legal authorization to work in the US
Education:
-
A college degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is a plus but not required
-
Equivalent combination of relevant experience and training will be considered
