Job Title: Driver / Warehouse Associate
Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Full-Time)
Pay Rate: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our thrift store team in Naples, FL. This role is responsible for safely driving company vehicles to pick up and deliver donations, assisting with loading and unloading items, tagging and processing merchandise, and providing support in both the warehouse and on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles for donation pick-ups and deliveries.
- Load and unload furniture, clothing, and household goods with care.
- Assist donors and customers in a courteous and professional manner.
- Tag, process, and organize incoming donations.
- Support warehouse operations, including sorting and preparing items for the sales floor.
- Work on the sales floor 2 days per week, assisting with stocking, organizing, and customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, vehicle, and store areas.
- Follow all safety procedures and store policies.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Previous warehouse, retail, or delivery experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment.
