Service Support Representative – Medical Device Company | Fort Myers, FL

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Service Support Representative to join our Technical Support Call Center Team. This is an entry-level, full-time office position with excellent growth potential.
Position Summary:
As a Service Support Representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers regarding product questions, parts inquiries, and service-related issues. You’ll communicate with internal and external customers via phone and email, providing outstanding support and ensuring a positive experience with our mobility products.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy problem-solving, have strong communication skills, and are eager to learn about medical mobility products in a professional environment.
Schedule & Compensation:

Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour

Training Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)

Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Location: On-site at our Fort Myers, FL Corporate Headquarters
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming phone calls and electronic correspondence regarding product or service inquiries.

Provide exceptional customer service by troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.

Enter cases, quotes, and return authorizations (RMA) in the ERP system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.

Escalate technical or complex issues to senior staff or leadership as needed.

Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of service requests.

Monitor and report quality or product concerns for review by leadership.

Maintain a clean and organized work area and uphold company safety standards.

Support other team members and participate in training or development opportunities as required.
Qualifications & Competencies:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience: At least one (1) year of customer service, inbound call center, or technical support experience preferred.

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Mechanical/technical aptitude or willingness to learn product details.

Accurate data entry skills (40+ WPM).

Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
