Job Title: Heavy Equipment Yard Worker
Location: South Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Heavy Equipment Yard Worker to join our team. This position involves maintaining, organizing, and moving heavy equipment in the yard while ensuring all machinery is clean, fueled, and ready for use. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and enjoys working outdoors in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Wash and clean heavy equipment and vehicles as needed
- Check and maintain fuel, oil, and fluid levels on equipment
- Safely move and organize equipment and inventory around the yard
- Inspect equipment for basic maintenance or damage and report issues to management
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform light mechanical tasks or assist technicians as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with or around heavy equipment preferred
- Mechanically inclined with basic maintenance knowledge
- Ability to safely operate forklifts, loaders, or other yard equipment (a plus)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety
