Paralegal – HOA & Property Management Law
Location: Fort Myers, FL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: Based on experience
Benefits: Paid holidays and 5 PTO days (no medical benefits)

Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing HOA and property-related cases. The ideal candidate will have a background in real estate or association law, strong multitasking skills, and a desire to grow within a well-established firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, draft, and file legal documents related to HOA, condominium, and foreclosure matters

Maintain case files, track deadlines, and manage correspondence with clients, opposing counsel, and courts

Conduct research on property records, statutes, and association documents

Assist attorneys with hearing preparation and document review

Handle lien and foreclosure processes from start to finish, including notices, complaints, and follow-up filings

Communicate with property management companies, title companies, and homeowners regarding case status and documentation

Perform administrative duties such as scanning, data entry, and updating case management systems
Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a law firm (HOA, foreclosure, or real estate experience strongly preferred)

Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management software

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to handle a fast-paced workload and meet deadlines

High attention to detail and commitment to client service
