Bilingual Sales Account Representative – English/Spanish (Customer Sales Focus)

Overview:

Express Employment Professionals has teamed up with an established Medical Device Company looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Sales Account Representative who thrives in a customer-focused, growth-oriented environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, supporting warm leads, and growing into full account ownership. You'll work closely with both English and Spanish-speaking clients—guiding them through the sales process, assisting with orders, and providing an outstanding experience from first contact to ongoing support.

This is not a cold-calling role – you'll start by managing inbound leads and conducting friendly, outbound follow-ups to strengthen client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients

  • Support customers with product selection, order placement, and account-related questions

  • Follow up on warm leads and assist with account setup and ongoing needs

  • Build strong client relationships and provide consistent, professional service

  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and support

  • Track customer interactions and sales activity through CRM tools

  • Assist in upselling or cross-selling where appropriate to meet customer needs

  • Work toward transitioning into a full Account Manager role over time


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both written and spoken communication

  • Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or sales support preferred

  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls and building rapport with B2B clients

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills

  • Energetic and proactive—someone who takes initiative and follows through

  • Ability to handle multiple customer relationships with professionalism and accuracy

  • Willingness to grow with the company and take on greater account responsibilities over time

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes or customer portals is a plus
