Firm Administrator – Drive Operational Excellence in a Leading Law Firm
Are you a seasoned law firm operations professional ready to take on a strategic leadership role? A respected, multi-office firm in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced Firm Administrator to oversee and optimize its business operations.
About the Role
As the Firm Administrator, you’ll be the operational backbone of the organization, ensuring seamless coordination across three offices and supporting approximately fifty attorneys and a dedicated administrative team. Reporting directly to the Managing Partner and collaborating with the Executive Committee, you will lead five key administrative departments and execute initiatives that enhance profitability, efficiency, and client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all non-legal functions, including finance, HR, marketing & business development, IT, and facilities management.
- Partner with firm leadership to develop and implement strategic plans aligned with long-term goals.
- Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices while fostering a strong firm culture.
- Lead and mentor department heads, ensuring operational excellence and accountability.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of law firm administration experience, preferably in a mid-sized firm.
- Proven ability to manage complex operations and drive change in a fast-paced legal environment.
- Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and experience supervising management teams.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
