Outside Sales Representative – Fort Myers, FL
Pay: $60,000 – $70,000 annually
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (some overnight travel required)

Express Employment Professionals of Fort Myers is seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join a leading manufacturer in the construction materials industry. This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering growth potential and an established client base across Florida.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Meet with customers in person to promote and sell company products.

Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Negotiate pricing, service tiers, and contract terms.

Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand presence.

Deliver product samples, catalogs, and marketing materials.

Maintain customer records and sales activity within a CRM system.

Partner with sales leadership to provide market and competitor insights.

Manage an assigned sales territory and assist with showroom operations when needed.

Continue professional development through product and industry training.
Qualifications:

3+ years of outside sales experience (construction, building materials, or related industry preferred).

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.

Comfortable with some overnight travel.

Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
