Location: Naples, FL
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Pay: $23/hr

About the Role

Express Employment Professionals is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to support a healthcare team with essential communication, scheduling, and administrative functions. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys working in a fast-paced clinical environment.


Key Responsibilities

Intake Specialist

  • Answer and route incoming calls; provide information and relay messages to clinical staff.

  • Coordinate communication between team members and assist with patient-related inquiries.

  • Schedule and track clinician visits, including rescheduling missed or declined appointments.

  • Update patient demographics, locations, and status within the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).

  • Prepare and distribute reports, faxes, and documentation as needed.

  • Scan and maintain patient health information records.

  • Maintain supply levels, order medical supplies, and support stockroom organization.

  • Assemble caseload packets, medication sheets, and other clinical documentation.

  • Assist during Interdisciplinary Group (IDG) meetings as needed.

  • Become proficient in systems such as Forcura, LabCorp, Trident, DocuSign, and EMR workflows.

  • Provide back-up administrative support to other departments for lunches, breaks, and PTO coverage.

  • Participate in weekend/holiday rotation coverage as needed.

  • Perform other administrative and clinical support duties as assigned.


Qualifications

Intake Specialist

  • Associate degree or 3–4 years of relevant administrative experience (medical office experience preferred).

  • Strong computer skills including typing, data entry, and familiarity with email, EMR systems, and databases.

  • Ability to read and interpret professional materials, write reports, and communicate clearly.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.

  • Must be comfortable interacting with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.


Physical Requirements

  • Frequent sitting, computer work, and communication.

  • Occasionally lift/move up to 10 lbs.

  • Moderate noise environment.
