Seasonal Guest Services Associate
Location: Naples, FL
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Seasonal Contract (Now through May 15th)

About the Role

A luxury residential property community in Naples is seeking a polished and personable Seasonal Guest Services Associate to support residents, guests, and visiting realtors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment and takes pride in delivering a warm, professional experience.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

  • Answer incoming calls, direct callers to the appropriate departments, and provide helpful information.

  • Create guest cards, realtor cards, and employee cards with speed and accuracy using the community’s computer system.

  • Learn and navigate the member management software to look up accounts, update records, and process information.

  • Maintain a cash box and use the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to sell guest passes and other items.

  • Accurately process cash, credit card transactions, and submit daily POS reports.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and stay informed about community offerings and events.

  • Update member information in the database as needed.

  • Ensure brochures, flyers, and printed materials are well-stocked and organized.

  • Assist with Lost & Found inquiries both in person and over the phone using standard tracking procedures.

  • Schedule appointments for special transportation services and follow up as required.

  • Open and close the guest services office when assigned.


Skills & Experience Needed

  • Strong customer service and communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills, especially in face-to-face customer interactions.

  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.

  • Basic math proficiency for handling cash and POS transactions.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate, legible records.

  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
