Seasonal Guest Services Associate
Location: Naples, FL
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $20/hour
Type: Seasonal Contract (Now through May 15th)

About the Role
A luxury residential property community in Naples is seeking a polished and personable Seasonal Guest Services Associate to support residents, guests, and visiting realtors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced customer service environment and takes pride in delivering a warm, professional experience.
What You’ll Do

Greet and assist members, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.

Answer incoming calls, direct callers to the appropriate departments, and provide helpful information.

Create guest cards, realtor cards, and employee cards with speed and accuracy using the community’s computer system.

Learn and navigate the member management software to look up accounts, update records, and process information.

Maintain a cash box and use the Point-of-Sale (POS) system to sell guest passes and other items.

Accurately process cash, credit card transactions, and submit daily POS reports.

Provide exceptional customer service and stay informed about community offerings and events.

Update member information in the database as needed.

Ensure brochures, flyers, and printed materials are well-stocked and organized.

Assist with Lost & Found inquiries both in person and over the phone using standard tracking procedures.

Schedule appointments for special transportation services and follow up as required.

Open and close the guest services office when assigned.
Skills & Experience Needed

Strong customer service and communication skills; friendly and professional demeanor.

Computer literate with the ability to learn new software quickly.

Fast and accurate data entry skills, especially in face-to-face customer interactions.

Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment with frequent interruptions.

Basic math proficiency for handling cash and POS transactions.

Strong attention to detail with the ability to keep accurate, legible records.

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and stay organized.
