Customer Service Representative — Metal Manufacturing (Fort Myers)
Express Employment Professionals has partnered with a successful, family-owned metal manufacturer in the Fort Myers area to find a well-rounded, friendly, and proactive Customer Service Representative. This role requires someone who can deliver outstanding customer service, maintain strong relationships, and thrive in a relaxed but productive family-style environment.

Strong computer skills & solid WPM—must stay on top of 40–100 emails per day

Job Responsibilities

Answer and direct phone calls professionally

Perform data entry within the company’s software system

Process and track customer orders

Provide light sales support, including upselling when appropriate

Follow up on customer inquiries and order statuses
Requirements
-
Knowledge of roofing and fasteners is helpful but not required

Basic math skills

Strong critical thinking and multitasking abilities

Excellent computer proficiency
