Position Details
Locations: Sanibel Island, FL & Captiva Island, FL
Schedule: Flexible hours between 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Sunday (no late-night retail hours)
Pay: $17/hour, plus seasonal bonuses
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Additional Compensation:

1 hour of paid drive time for employees working at the Sanibel location

2 hours of paid drive time for employees working at the Captiva location

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional customer service to an upscale clientele

Support daily store operations including sales, merchandising, restocking, and inventory

Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment

Accurately handle transactions and operate the POS system

Represent the boutique’s premium brand with professionalism and style
